Central to both my consultancy and my R&D is my CommunitySensor^TM methodology for participatory community network mapping. Based on many years of scientific research and practical consultancy experience, with this methodology I help clients find collaborative common ground and use the insights obtained to help build and strengthen their collaborative community towards collective impact.

Starting with a collaboration quickscan, I help develop a "seed map" of your collaboration ecosystem. We then use this seed map to make sense of your collaboration issues, priorities and next actions in a number of sensemaking sessions. The next (optional) step is to align and integrate the participatory mapping methodology with your own community building and network development processes. In this way, CommunitySensor does not have to replace, but can augment and catalyze your existing ways of working.
